In this context, you will be part of the Projects, Processes and Transformation team, one of the main drivers of evolution within Private Banking. Internship location Based in Sao Paulo, you will become part of an international business working with teams across different geographies. What You Will Do Support the integrated management of strategic projects within the area Assist in initiatives focused on the evolution of the product pipeline Contribute to analysis and improvement of internal processes Participate in discussions around transformation and operational efficiency Engage with wealth management structures and their key initiatives Support the development of solutions focused on client experience Enhance the use of AI in day-to-day activities What you will learn How large-scale projects are structured and implemented in a strategic environment The dynamics of the high-net-worth and wealth management market How to connect strategy, processes, and products in daily business operations The importance of continuous transformation for organizational growth What We Are Looking For Ready to start the two-month summer program in June 2026 Undergraduate finishing your studies in summer 2027 (Going into your final year at university or a master’s degree after the internship).
