They are hiring an Analyst to support the Emerging Markets Credit desk, focusing on quantitative analysis and providing day-to-day desk support to improve models and analytics for internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Provide desk support across Emerging Markets Credit, including daily P&L reconciliation, explaining drivers, and investigating breaks - Build, enhance, and maintain pricing, risk, and performance models - Perform statistical analysis on market and trading data - Develop and automate tools and workflows to improve efficiency, controls, and data quality (data pipelines, dashboards, reporting) - Produce recurring and ad hoc analytics for internal clients (Trading, Sales, Risk, Finance, Control) - Communicate clearly with desk stakeholders, translating quantitative outputs into actionable insights - Support process improvement initiatives, including controls, governance, and best practices around data and models Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (required), preferably in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Finance) - Strong quantitative foundation and analytical problem-solving skills - Strong technical skills, with demonstrated ability to work with data and build tools - Comfort working in a fast-paced markets environment with strong attention to detail and control mindset - Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to partner with trading and sales - Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver reliably, and work effectively with internal clients Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with bonds and fixed income products Required Skills: Quantitative analysis, Technical tooling, Data management Important Skills: Bonds, fixed income Nice-to-Have Skills: Interpersonal skills, Collaboration skills, Communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Attention to detail Benefits: Fair and competitive rewards package, Benefits are designed to support you, your family and your well-being
