Summary: SanMar is a company that values the contributions of its employees and is seeking a Marketing Intern for their Digital Product Management team. The intern will assist in maintaining and optimizing digital products while gaining hands-on experience in product lifecycle management. Responsibilities: - Help maintain and optimize existing digital product features using industry-standard tools and strategies - Observe and participate in feature launches to understand digital product development processes - Support product lifecycle initiatives and improvements, gaining hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools - Observe live research sessions, contribute insights, and explore user experience research methodologies - Help maintain an idea backlog to support innovation and assist in prioritizing product enhancements - Conduct various administrative tasks to support the Digital Product Team - Participate in intern cohort activities including: professional development workshops, warehouse tours, and meetings with leadership - Perform other duties as assigned - Comply with all policies and standards Required Qualifications: - Currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, Computer Science, or a related field - Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills - Strong desire to learn along with professional drive - Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly - Administrative skills, including excellent verbal and written communication - Responsive to staff needs, demonstrating professionalism, respect, and consideration of others Required Skills: Digital product management Important Skills: Project management tools, User experience research, Analytic skills Benefits: Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked.
