Summary: Sanmaremployeeopenings is seeking a Production II associate to join their team. The role involves picking products, restocking, inspecting orders for accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting production standards. Responsibilities: - Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations and either place into cartons on a pre-built pick cart, or into totes as directed by the hand-scanner - Restock product into designated locations - Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct all completed orders to be invoiced and shipped - Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit - Responsible for checking out equipment and returning it in same condition - Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred - 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities - Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information - Basic math skills in counting and quantity required - Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require - Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines - Ability to work both independently and within a team - Strong attention to details - Comprehend verbal and written instructions - Regular and prompt attendance - Essential days or overtime may be required Required Skills: Order picking, Restocking, Order auditing, Use of voice, Radio Frequency units, Basic math skills, Reading labels, SKU information, follow directions, Comprehension of verbal, written instructions, work in a team Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k plan and matches $1 for $1 up to 4% of earnings, matched & vested at every pay cycle, Life insurance, Short/long-term disability coverage, Paid maternity/paternity leave, Pet insurance
