35 hours per week

£28,500 per annum, rising to £30,000 following the successful completion of Year 1

Are you interested in our New Home Development sector and want to work for a commercially focused organisation with a social purpose?

Our mission is to build affordable homes and sustainable communities where people choose to live. We provide housing, care and support to more than a quarter of a million customers in England and Scotland and employ over 14,000 people. This includes managing and maintaining much needed social and affordable housing, as well as playing our part in tackling the national housing crisis by building good quality affordable homes.

Development, or building new homes, is a key part of our business. As well as providing more much-needed housing, our construction programme helps to create jobs and training opportunities, regenerate neighbourhoods and support communities across the UK. The right homes, in the right places – could play a bigger role in reducing the impact of the housing crisis. To deliver our development ambitions, we will work in collaboration with key organisations. We have a Strategic Partnership with Homes England to support the delivery of new affordable homes across the country between now and 2026. We will also continue to seek opportunities for Joint Ventures with trusted partners.

If you want to be part of our future ambitious development plans then this could be the scheme for you!
