Manage the Company's cash flow (overall cash flow such as payments, money transfers, bank deposits, etc.). 2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports also ensure the reports are accurate and submitted on time. 3. Analyze financial data to assist management in making strategic decisions, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, and financial projections. General Responsibilities 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area. 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements. 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts. 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting field, preferably from shipping/logistics companies Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial statement preparation Able to perform bank reconciliation, AR/AP reconciliation, and monitor financial transactions Understanding of general taxation (VAT, Withholding Tax, and tax reporting) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel, and familiar with accounting systems (CODA knowledge is an advantage) Good communication skills and able to collaborate effectively within a team Capable of leading and coordinating team activities in daily operations Willing to be placed in North Jakarta Join us and help create the future of logistics!
