Officer, Software Quality Engineer Location: Empire Tower, Bangkok, Thailand Position Summary Role and Responsibilities Job Description / Scope of work: Conduct testing for Samsung Wallet and digital wallet applications, ensuring overall functionality and performance meet requirements. Execute functional testing based on defined test cases for mobile wallet applications on both smartphones and Watch Perform backward compatibility testing to ensure new wallet application versions function correctly with OS version and devices Conduct end-to-end testing of wallet features, including user flows such as card enrolment, payment transactions and authentication. Perform transit card testing (e.g. Rabbit Card, MRT/Subway, Bus system), including real-life usage scenarios such as tap-and-go and balance validation. Checking application flow as compare with design guide Checking the different supported wallet features (boarding pass, digital ID, etc) Record the fault or issues encountered during testing Log capturing and perform basic debugging analysis to differentiate between phone and application/wallet issues Work closely with Headquarter and R&D to solve problems encountered during the testing. Providing R&D support and maintenance for pre and post product launch, including reproduction and diagnosis of problem Compiling of Test result and submission for approval Update test procedure/ Test cases to local specific payment feature Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor Skills and Qualifications Qualifications / Key Skills Required: Fresh Graduate/Bachelor's degree in related technical field (Telecommunication/Computer/ Electronics Engineering) or fresh graduates are welcome. Basic understanding of mobile applications and Android usage. Strong attention in details and willingness to learn. Good communication skills(Verbal and written) Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Basic knowledge of software testing or QA is a plus.
