Summary: Saltbox is a company that provides modern and flexible office spaces for small online businesses. They are seeking a Full Time Member Specialist to deliver logistics and customer service to their Members, engaging with them to support their daily operations and projects. Responsibilities: - Engage with Saltbox Members, help problem solve, and provide them with logistical support receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately - Monitor delivery dock and welcome delivery trucks - Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently - Track and document shipment arrival and departure times - Ensure that the building is fully operational and things are running efficiently in the warehouse, kitchen, and office space Required Qualifications: - Personable, approachable, and strong ability to collaborate with peers - Attention to detail, associates must be able to find and extract merchandise from storage areas and shelves and follow member specific tasks - Physical strength and stamina, since associates may be required to move objects or goods from one place to another and also operate necessary and required machinery efficiently.
