They are seeking a Digital Product Intern to support the product team in enhancing digital experiences, working closely with various teams to translate customer needs into product improvements. Responsibilities: - Support Product Managers with day-to-day product activities - Help gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Assist with research, competitive analysis, and customer insights - Partner with Digital Analytics to understand product performance and customer behavior - Collaborate with Customer Marketing on initiatives that impact acquisition, engagement, and retention - Partner with the E-commerce team to support initiatives that improve the online shopping experience, conversion, and overall site performance - Participate in sprint ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives, demos) - Help track progress of initiatives and surface risks or dependencies - Review and validate features during testing and UAT - Analyze basic product metrics and help identify opportunities for improvement - Create or update product documentation, presentations, and roadmaps Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, Design, Marketing, or a related field - Strong interest in digital products, technology, or e-commerce - Comfortable learning new tools and processes - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to ask good questions and think critically Required Skills: Digital product management, E-commerce Important Skills: Digital analytics, User experience (UX) Nice-to-Have Skills: Collaboration skills
