As a Recruiting Analytics Intern, you will analyze complex datasets to uncover insights that strengthen the company's global talent strategy and communicate these findings effectively. Responsibilities: - Data Exploration: Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and competitive "blind spots." - Tool Utilization: Gather and validate market data using external Competitive Intelligence platforms and labor market tools - Visual Design: Build and maintain interactive visualizations to communicate strategic insights effectively - Actionable Insights & Executive Storytelling: Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and stay aligned with broader business goals.
