The Employee Success Global Operations team is seeking an intern to lead a project on Staffing & Capacity Modeling, focusing on how AI impacts workforce planning and HR operations. Responsibilities: - Conduct sophisticated modeling exercises to predict staffing needs as virtual agents begin to handle and assist with employee cases - Translate complex 'rough exercise' outcomes into clear, visual data models that tell a story - Prepare and present your findings and recommended 'headcount' numbers to ES leadership teams - Sit in on the project’s change management and enablement tracks to understand how your data impacts real-world transitions for our global employees - Stay at the forefront of how AI tools assist in maximizing content and service output Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, graduating in May 2027.
