External Worker Specialist (Remote, US) - Lead development, governance, and administration of our external worker program. Serve as SME on classification & compliance for contractors, consultants, SOW resources, EOR workers, and more, domestically & internationally. Establish scalable processes, review/approve engagements, manage worker data in UKG Pro, and provide ongoing oversight. Requires 7+ years experience in HR ops, contingent workforce management, or compliance. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong knowledge of US worker classification, co-employment, and international compliance. Experience building programs, managing data, and collaborating across departments. Drive compliance and mitigate risk for our non-payroll workforce.
