Job Description
- Assist in day-to-day departmental operations.
- Support live business projects and cross-functional activities.
- Conduct market research, data collection, and business analysis.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using MS Office.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation (HR interns).
- Support budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and accounting activities (Finance interns).
- Assist in marketing campaigns, customer engagement, dealer support, and competitor analysis (Marketing interns).
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Complete assigned projects within stipulated timelines and present findings to the reporting manager.
