As a Maintenance Technician at their milk facility, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth operations and high safety standards. Responsibilities: - Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment - Follow diagrams, manuals, and specifications for repairs - Troubleshoot and identify malfunctions - Inspect and remove defective parts using hand and power tools - Measure and adjust part dimensions as needed - Communicate preventive maintenance needs and ensure compliance - Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools - Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies - Complete daily maintenance paperwork and prepare equipment setups - Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing - 1+ years of experience with mechanical/electrical repair - Knowledge of fabrication, machine shop tools, welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics - Ability to read and follow schematics, electrical diagrams, and blueprints - Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in noisy environments Preferred Qualifications: - LME (Limited Maintenance Electrical) License preferred - EPA Refrigeration Certification preferred - Basic PLC knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills - Forklift or powered equipment experience preferred Required Skills: Mechanical repair, Electrical repair, Preventive maintenance, Troubleshooting Important Skills: Fabrication, Machine shop tools, Hydraulics, Pneumatics Nice-to-Have Skills: LME License, EPA Refrigeration Certification, Basic PLC knowledge, Forklift experience
