Shift: Day Shift, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely support, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The candidate will act as an important point of contact between customers and the company, helping customers with their queries related to products, services, installation, service requests, documentation and issue resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, WhatsApp queries and service requests professionally.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and assistance.
• Keep customers updated regarding installation, service visits, documentation and other relevant activities.
• Register, track and follow up on customer complaints and service requests until closure.
• Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the concerned senior/team and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with technical, installation, operations, sales and other internal teams for issue resolution.
• Conduct follow-up calls to understand customer satisfaction and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Prepare regular MIS/reports on customer complaints, calls, service requests and resolution status.
• Track key performance indicators such as response time, resolution time and follow-up effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline.
• Freshers or up to 2 Years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Customer Service or Tele calling.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and customer-handling skills may also apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English; regional languages a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling complaints.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email communication.
• Good follow-up, coordination and multitasking skills.
