Fabrication & Process Improvement,… at Sacoma… · Edinburgh

Description:

If you're an experienced manufacturing professional who enjoys metal fabrication but wants to work somewhere you can actually know the people around you, see the impact of your work, and have a voice in how things are done, Sacoma may be the right fit.

We're a close-knit manufacturing team where engineers work alongside production, maintenance, and leadership to solve real problems on the floor. This isn't a large corporate environment where you're one of hundreds of employees, and it isn't a desk-only engineering position. We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, understands fabrication, and wants to help make a good operation even better.

Sacoma Specialty Products is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with experience in metal fabrication and welding environments. This position works directly on the manufacturing floor to improve fabrication processes, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, support tooling and mechanical improvements, and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.

This is an opportunity to be part of a team where engineering is closely connected to manufacturing and your work can make an immediate impact on safety, quality, efficiency, and overall performance.

If you enjoy getting out from behind the desk, digging into problems, and finding better ways to manufacture, we'd love to hear from you.
