We are seeking a highly analytical and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee our corporate finance operations, ensure stringent statutory compliance, and provide financial insights that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will manage core accounting functions, streamline financial reporting, and act as a strategic financial partner to internal business teams.Core Job Responsibilities:-Auditing and Assurance: Reviewing financial statements, testing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Tax Management: Preparing tax returns, planning corporate tax strategies, and representing clients before tax authorities.Financial Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and monthly or annual statutory accounts.Management and Financial Advisory: Advising business leaders on mergers, acquisitions, budgeting, capital utilization, and risk management.Team Supervision: Implementing accounting processes, monitoring junior staff or bookkeepers, and maintaining financial records.
