They are seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to enhance customer experiences in their Viewing Rooms by providing expert knowledge and service. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts - Clearly communicate product benefits, address customer inquiries, and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues - Maintain timely and regular attendance as a key performance expectation during all scheduled shifts - Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays - Deliver a world-class experience to our customers - Become a product expert to confidently assist customers - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve both basic and complex issues via phone, live chat, and in-person interactions on the showroom floor as needed Required Qualifications: - Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts - Clearly communicate product benefits, address customer inquiries, and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues - Maintain timely and regular attendance as a key performance expectation during all scheduled shifts - Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays - Exceptional oral and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport effortlessly with customers and team members - A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences - Well-organized with excellent multitasking skills and a commitment to completing tasks with high-quality results - Comfortable using personal computers and related software, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously - Positive attitude (we value and hire nice people!)
