Job Description
Summary: S&P Global is a leading organization focused on providing essential intelligence. They are seeking a Data Engineer Intern to support the design and development of automations and software programs that facilitate multi-cloud service offerings, while working with cross-functional teams to enhance data solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams and business divisions to identify opportunities for data consolidation and transformation solutions that meet the needs of the business
- Assist in the development of data ingestion, analytics, and reporting focused on financial and operational data
- Leverage modern tools and platforms to create models of the data
Required Qualifications:
- Fully matriculated undergraduate students with an anticipated graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2026
- Knowledge of development using one or more of the following languages: Puppet, Ansible, JavaScript, Python PowerShell or Bash
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate within a team environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Knowledge of database concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of one or more Cloud Service Providers
