Summary: S&P Global is a leading provider of credit ratings, benchmarks, analytics, and workflow solutions. They are seeking a Client Experience Summer Intern who will create and update support documentation, analyze reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client services and improve internal processes. Responsibilities: - Create, update, and publish support documentation for internal processes and platforms, including FAQs, technical guides, and internal best practices - Regularly upload support guides on our website to assist clients with the usage of our data packages and provide important updates - Map and build workflows, document current-state processes, and identify process gaps/opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency - Run and analyze reports across multiple platforms to support timely, accurate client responses and internal follow-ups - Track and report operational metrics, providing daily/weekly statistics on project progress, workload, and key responsibilities to support planning and prioritization - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations and other partner teams to align processes, share insights, and coordinate deliverables - Support project implementations and enhancements involving AI, and contribute to initiatives that improve data integrity, sharing progress and results in team meetings Required Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree completed by May 2027 - Minimum education requirement: BA in Finance, Economics, Math or related - Experience in a commercially focused, client-facing role - An independent self-starter, ability to work individually and within a team - Strong writing skills; must be able to communicate complex concepts in writing - Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills, and the desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Detail oriented and organized, with good time management skills - Comfortable presenting in both one-on-one and group settings - Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Office & Gen AI Preferred Qualifications: - Experience coordinating and leading meetings; documenting action items and following through to completion - Ability to communicate in additional languages, including Spanish and Portuguese, to support diverse client needs and enhance global team collaboration - Proficiency in creating documentation including training materials and FAQs for clients - Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Gen AI Important Skills: Salesforce CRM, Client-facing experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Multi-tasking skills, Process documentation, Meeting coordination, Language skills Benefits: Health & Wellness: Health care coverage designed for the mind and body., Flexible Downtime: Generous time off helps keep you energized for your time on., Continuous Learning: Access a wealth of resources to grow your career and learn valuable new skills., Invest in Your Future: Secure your financial future through competitive pay, retirement planning, a continuing education program with a company-matched student loan contribution, and financial wellness programs., Family Friendly Perks: It’s not just about you.
