Role & responsibilities

• Drive daily operations and task for recruitment functions.
• Assist in the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees.
• Ensure proper documentation of the candidates
• Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
• Help managers complete daily tasks.
• Communicate effectively with all staff members.
• Provide administrative support.
• Ensure correct and timely reporting.

• Must be an innovative, creative & a fresh thinker.
• Must be a self-starter & self-motivated person with Proven Track Record.
• Good English communication Skills, Pleasant personality with Analytical ability.
• Firm commitment and sense of ownership.
• Qualification - MBA
