They are seeking a Software Engineer I to join their RTX Corporate BBN team, focusing on embedded software generation, testing, and research with a focus in C, C++, and Linux. Responsibilities: - Designing, analyzing, and prototyping innovative multi-domain system architectures - Contributing to an environment focused on embedded software generation, testing, and research with a focus in C, C++, and Linux - Developing and implementing sophisticated detection, classification, localization, and tracking (DCLT) algorithms against state-of-the-art threats in high-noise environments - Designing and implementing complex software to optimize sensor system performance - Designing and implementing software for the guidance and control of autonomous vehicles - Supporting real time evaluation of designs in realistic mission scenarios and operational analysis - Optimizing algorithm designs for highest performance Required Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline (i.e. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field) and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships) - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
