This position manages intercompany invoices and salary allocations for more than 700 employees that are paid by PR but report to different Business Units, appropriately distributing labor costs and expenses in the correct period and cost center giving visibility and proper accounting treatment to the Business Units. The analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate addition of contractors to the SAP Autotime platform for proper timekeeping, payroll and project cost tracking. Position will absorb more FP&A responsibilities. What You Will Do Support Month End Close Process Intercompany Invoices and Allocation process Monthly Journal Entries Account Analysis Reconciliations Analyze financial information and Flash reports. PPV analysis and transfer to Domestic & International BU's Monthly Import of Sales and Use Tax Return Monthly Statutory Sales Markup Calculation Customer Owned Variance Settlements ZHR Aging Report and Analysis Blocked Billing and Invoicing Compliance Testing (SOX) Assist in Statutory and Internal Audits Government and payroll audits Project cost Tracking Updating and creating various Standard Works Advance Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
