Evaluate materials, equipment, and processes, including qualification, acceptance testing, and specification development, while interfacing with key internal and external suppliers to resolve technical challenges
Act as the primary technical liaison between cross-functional teams, including Quality, Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Manufacturing, and Operations, to drive program success
Mentor junior engineers in best practices and technical methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Provide on-site and on-call production support as needed, ensuring timely resolution of manufacturing challenges
What You Will Learn

Best practices in Design Guidance and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) to ensure seamless transitions from design to production
Leadership in originating assembly instructions and translating the technical data package into the manufacturing data package for streamlined production
Advanced techniques in analyzing product quality and process controls to ensure compliance with industry and military standards
Expertise in evaluating and addressing non-conforming hardware, driving corrective actions and solutions
Qualification of products to military standards, providing exposure to cutting-edge technologies and processes that impact national security
