As an Electrical Engineer Intern, you will support the Airborne RF Electronics Department by troubleshooting hardware and analyzing test data, contributing to the development of advanced electronic systems. Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to circuit card assembly (CCA)/Module and component levels to include analog/digital/power circuitry and interfaces - Troubleshooting test sets down to component level to include analog/digital/radio and microwave frequency circuitry and interfaces - Analysis of test data of products to make sure test specifications are met through use of SW (MATLAB) tools - Updating and documenting FPGA designs - Modification of DevSecOps pipelines Required Qualifications: - This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelor's (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their Sophomore standing level by the start of Summer 2026 - Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline - Experience in troubleshoot and finding solutions - Experience with coding Preferred Qualifications: - ABET is the preferred, although not required accreditation standard - A 3.0 cumulative GPA desired - Basic understanding of electronics - Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and managing priorities on multiple tasks - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers of various experiences and who represent a variety of work and conflict resolution styles Required Skills: Electrical Engineering, Troubleshooting Important Skills: MATLAB, FPGA Design, Coding Nice-to-Have Skills: Communication Skills, Teamwork Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short-term disability, Long-term disability, 401(k) match, Flexible spending accounts, Flexible work schedules, Employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, Parental leave, Paid time off, Holidays
