Job Description – Purchase Manager Position: Purchase Manager Location: Nallagandla, Hyderabad Industry: Interior Design & Turnkey Projects Experience: 3–5 Years Key Responsibilities Source and procure interior materials, furniture, hardware, electrical, plumbing, and finishing products. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendor and supplier relationships. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status. Compare vendor quotations and prepare cost-analysis reports. Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to ensure timely material availability. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment. Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards. Track deliveries and resolve delays or supply-related issues. Maintain procurement documentation, invoices, purchase records, and vendor details. Manage multiple purchase orders simultaneously. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and competitive pricing. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of ERP/procurement software is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple projects and purchase orders simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and cost-conscious approach.
