The TAS Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence will perform financial due diligence for clients, prepare detailed financial analyses, and interact with top-level management to support acquisition decisions. Responsibilities: - Performs financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring and divesting businesses - Participates in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis - Prepares detailed financial and analytical analyses to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements - Uses various software tools as designated by the firm - Interacts with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit and other consulting practices Required Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree, ideally with a major in accounting or finance - Minimum of 1 years experience in an Audit or Transaction Advisory practice within a national or regional public accounting or consulting firm - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint - Ability to travel up to 10-15% locally and nationally Required Skills: Financial Due Diligence, Audit, Transaction Advisory, Accounting, Finance, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint Benefits: Flexibility in your schedule, Discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
