Senior .NET Designer/Developer - SYSTEM LEVEL (Back End). 12 month contract based in Montreal.

Job description  Participate in full SDLC of systems for web applications. Opportunity to work and learn, Cloud, RFID, Bluetooth, WiFi technologies for existing and legacy system migrations to future generation product lines.  Evaluate design in collaboration with internal and external users to determine content, processing and capacity requirements, user access levels, software, firmware and hardware requirements.  Perform detailed analysis of system design, including sequential and logic diagrams from system requirements or user stories.

Qualifications

Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience in software design and development ideally in a few of the following technologies, practices and environments:  C#  Net, C++  Asynchronous processes, threads and back-end services  Socket layers, HTTP/S  Familiar with networking/routing environment  Web Services  APIs … design/development

NICE TO HAVE … BUT NOT REQUIRED  USB devices, IP/UDP,  Understanding of a multi-tiered architecture.  Familiar with systems level integration & hardware configuration.  AZURE

SKILLS

 Ability to handle several issues simultaneously.  Team player, good interpersonal skills and autonomous.  Strong customer focus, understanding of the customer’s viewpoint.  Goals oriented, proactive.
