Operations Clerk 3 - Command Center (BCS) at RRD in St. Charles, IL

Summary: RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. They are seeking an Operations Clerk 3 to perform varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor, providing support through data entry, record maintenance, and assisting with production planning. Responsibilities: - Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures - Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents - Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing - Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions - May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests - Responsible for maintaining department files - May assist with production planning and special projects - Share your expertise and help train other employees as assigned - Carrie out other responsibilities as delegated by management in alignment with evolving business needs Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experience - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word - Basic knowledge of Google Applications - Organizational skills must be excellent - Lifting up to 50 lbs, 4-6 hours - Walking/standing, 4-6 hours - Bending/stooping, 2-3 hours Preferred Qualifications: - Preferred previous data entry - Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Google Applications, Data Entry Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, Paid time off, Disability insurance, 401(k) with match, Life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, Tuition assistance, Maternity leave, Adoption assistance, Employer/partner discounts
