Job Description
Summary: RPM Living is a company focused on providing top industry pay and comprehensive benefits while promoting a people-first approach. They are seeking an intern for their Transitions and Due Diligence team, where the intern will assist with data transfers, file audits, and various projects to support the team's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Transitions and Due Diligence Team by completing ad-hoc requests according to needs of staff
- Learn to complete data transfers in the property transition life cycle
- Assist the Transitions or Due Diligence with special client requests or reporting as needed
- Complete property file audits, as needed
- Shadow on site unit walks, as needed
- Complete at least one project to be finalized by the end of the internship
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program
- Must be available for the duration of the program; May 28th - August, 6th 2025
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
- This is an in-office role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 5 days per week
- The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
Preferred Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
