IT Intern at Royal Technologies Corp. in Hudsonville, MI

Responsibilities:
- Monitors and maintains the organizational computer system's daily performance
- Provides technical support, troubleshoots and resolves urgent technical issues, while responding to help requests in person and by phone
- Identifies and escalates complex issues to management
- Compiles daily or weekly issues log for management
- Installs and repairs computer hardware and software, cleans computers, and runs diagnostic programs
- Writes user manuals and trains staff as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Working towards a degree in an IT field or a combination of experience and IT certifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- A true passion for technology

Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Chrome OS, Microsoft Windows, and VMWare Horizon is a plus, but not required
