What is the opportunity?
The Strategic Execution team within the Chief Legal and Administrative Office (CLAO) plays a critical role in driving enterprise-level initiatives. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team for a 4-month opportunity and support the delivery of enterprise-wide and regulatory initiatives. This role provides valuable exposure to business-driven transformation by assisting with project governance activities and supporting the delivery of meaningful outcomes that align with RBC's strategic objectives.
What will you do?
Support the development of project schedules, deliverables, and milestones under guidance from senior team members
Assist in creating and maintaining project artifacts, meeting materials, reports, status updates, and meeting minutes
Gather and compile project status information and contribute to progress reports
Support the preparation of presentation materials to communicate project updates
Help monitor project tasks and timelines, flagging potential issues to the team
Support the team with administrative tasks and data analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support research and analysis activities as needed
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to take direction and ask clarifying questions
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Nice-to-have
Experience and knowledge of project management concepts
Understanding of banking business, functional, operational experience
Previous internship or project support experience

Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Fall 2026 Student placement with a start date of September 2026, and end date of December 2026. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:
Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of December 2026 ; or
If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in December 2026), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
