Rovix Talent Group is hiring CDL A OTR drivers. Flatbed, step deck, RGN, Conestoga, dry van, and reefer.

PAY
Two pay options, set by your experience and trailer:

• 25-30% of the load, rate shown on every trip
• Or 70 to 80 CPM, every mile paid, loaded and empty

WEEKLY TAKE HOME
$2,000 to $4,000+ depending on pay option and trailer. 2,000 to 4,000 miles a week. 1099.

CASH ADVANCE
Up to $250 a week, any time.

TRAINING
Paid training on flatbed, step deck, RGN, and Conestoga.

EQUIPMENT

• 2023 to 2027 Peterbilt, Freightliner, Western Star, Kenworth, Volvo, International (AUTO and MANUAL transmission)
• Trailers 2024 or newer
• Fridge, microwave, inverter, EPU
• Outward cameras only, nothing facing the driver

HOME TIME
Runs from every weekend to 3 to 4 weeks out with a full week home.
Truck goes home with you.
Pets and riders allowed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL A
• 3+ months OTR experience
• SAP considered with 2+ years experience, an otherwise clean record, and a passing hair follicle test

UP FRONT

• Escrow $1,000, taken weekly over 10 weeks
• Occupational insurance deducted monthly
• One day orientation, travel covered
• Approval in 24 to 36 hours
