We are seeking high-energy individuals to join us for the summer. Our Work Placement Program will run from November 2026 until February 2027 and is a fantastic opportunity for you to experience what a career in local government could be like!
This exciting opportunity is in our Partnerships & Programmes team. The Kaupapa of this team is to collaborate with our community and the social sector to build a thriving, socially cohesive community with strong wellbeing.

If successful, you will work within a supportive team gaining hands-on experience and contributing towards various and diverse projects – plus you’ll be lucky enough to learn from some of our best and brightest leaders.
