The Strategy Analyst Internship provides high-performing undergraduates the opportunity to support strategic initiatives and work on real projects that inform executive decision-making. Responsibilities: - Conducting market, competitor, and industry analysis to support long-term planning - Building data-driven insights to help evaluate business opportunities - Supporting strategic projects related to operations, safety, people, technology, and growth - Assisting with development of presentations and materials for senior leaders - Analyzing internal data to uncover trends and performance metrics - Strategic meetings, and cross-functional discussions - Participating in the company-wide Rosendin Internship Week (training, jobsite visits, teambuilding) Required Qualifications: - Current Junior (3rd-year) undergraduate student - Minimum 3.6 GPA - Demonstrated interest in strategy, business analysis, consulting, or organizational development - Strong analytical, research, and communication skill - Majors: Open to all majors, including but not limited to: E.g.
