About Rose Roofing & Restoration

We work with homeowners on roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors, and other exterior needs, including restoration following severe weather.

Elite Team Culture |Training & Mentorship

At Rose Roofing & Restoration, you're not just joining a company — you're stepping into a culture of high performers committed to pushing each other to levels most people never reach.

Our culture is built around accountability, discipline, mentorship, and leadership development. We believe the strongest teams are built when driven individuals surround themselves with others who refuse to stay average. Our goal isn't just to build great people in the field — it's to develop leaders who rise together.

RISE Leadership Program

RISE (Rose Initiation: Standards of Excellence) is our 12-week personal and professional growth program designed to develop not just top performers, but strong, grounded leaders. Inspired by the belief that true success starts from within, RISE challenges each participant to define their why, raise their standards, and push beyond their comfort zone in every area of life. Through a structured mix of videos, written content, and real-world exercises, team members work toward meaningful personal goals while sharpening leadership skills and cultivating a growth mindset. Along the journey, participants earn rewards, and those who complete the program receive a $2,000 bonus at the finish line. At Rose, we believe money is a byproduct of purpose — not the purpose itself. RISE is for those ready to “set out into the deep,” take ownership of their growth, and rise into the person they are meant to become.

Opportunity for Growth

For many people, canvassing is an introduction to the sales industry. Team members who perform well and want to continue developing may have opportunities to move into more advanced sales and leadership roles as they gain experience.

Whether you're looking for flexible work, an entry point into sales, or an opportunity to build a longer-term career, we'd like to hear from you.

No experience? No problem. Apply today and let's talk about whether Rose could be a good fit for you.
