Entry Level Canvasser at Rose Roofing and Restoration in Lancaster, PA

Canvassing & field marketing • No experience needed • $15/hour plus $100–$200/day performance pay

Looking to break into sales but don't have experience yet? This is where a lot of our top earners got their start. Rose Roofing & Restoration is hiring Entry Level Canvassers to help homeowners affected by severe weather connect with our roofing professionals. You'll work outdoors, help set your own schedule, and get paid for what you produce — all while learning the fundamentals that lead to a six-figure sales career. If you can hold a friendly conversation and you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

Who We Are

Rose Roofing & Restoration is a family-owned and operated company in the middle of an explosive growth story — from $2M to $15M in revenue in just two years. As licensed Class A General Contractors, we've built our success on our ACE mentality: Accountability, Communication, and Excellence. We're not just fixing roofs — we're building careers and changing lives.

The Role

As an Entry Level Canvasser, you're the face of Rose in the neighborhoods we serve. Canvassing is the heart of this role — walking designated neighborhoods and starting genuine conversations with homeowners. Your day-to-day includes:

• Canvassing neighborhoods impacted by recent severe weather.
• Starting friendly conversations with homeowners about potential roof damage.
• Spotting homeowners who are interested in a complimentary roof inspection.
• Introducing those homeowners to our Sales Manager.
• Assisting with the information needed to begin the insurance claim process.

Our Sales Manager handles the technical side — inspections, insurance discussions, estimates, contracts, and project oversight — so you can focus on what matters most in this role: connecting with people.

And here's the part people love: there are no roofs to climb and no ladders to carry. This is ground-level canvassing work — the main physical requirement is being comfortable on your feet for several hours a day.

Compensation

• $15.00 per hour for the field work you perform.
• Based on your performance, you can earn an extra $100–$200 per day on top of your hourly pay.
• Your earning potential is uncapped — the more homeowners you help connect with our team, the more you earn.
• Paid weekly, every Friday.

Flexible Hours & How the Day Works

Your hours are flexible, but our team is generally in the field from around 11:00 AM until dusk. Each week, you simply let us know the days and approximate hours you plan to be out — you set the pace.

Transportation is provided from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. You're welcome to drive yourself and work independently, but we highly recommend riding with the team — it's the best way to learn fast and stay productive. Territories are designated beforehand to help increase your productivity, so you always know exactly where you're focused.

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated, professional, and reliable.
• Comfortable striking up conversations with homeowners while canvassing.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Enjoys working outdoors and staying active.
• Comfortable being on your feet for several hours a day.

No roofing or sales experience required — we'll provide an orientation to get you up to speed on our inspection process and customer experience. We're looking for determination, grit, and a willingness to learn.

What Success Looks Like

Successful canvassers consistently generate quality homeowner opportunities — averaging roughly two qualified leads for each day they choose to work. The people who produce strong results consistently are the ones we invest in and promote.

Elite Team Culture | Brotherhood & Mentorship

At Rose Roofing & Restoration, you're not just joining a company — you're stepping into a brotherhood of high performers committed to pushing each other to levels most people never reach.

Our culture is built around accountability, discipline, mentorship, and leadership development. We believe the strongest teams are built when driven individuals surround themselves with others who refuse to stay average. Our goal isn't just to build great people in the field — it's to develop leaders who rise together.

RISE Leadership Program

RISE (Rose Initiation: Standards of Excellence) is our 12-week personal and professional growth program designed to develop not just top performers, but strong, grounded leaders. Inspired by the belief that true success starts from within, RISE challenges each participant to define their why, raise their standards, and push beyond their comfort zone in every area of life. Through a structured mix of videos, written content, and real-world exercises, team members work toward meaningful personal goals while sharpening leadership skills and cultivating a growth mindset. Along the journey, participants earn rewards, and those who complete the program receive a $2,000 bonus at the finish line. At Rose, we believe money is a byproduct of purpose — not the purpose itself. RISE is for those ready to “set out into the deep,” take ownership of their growth, and rise into the person they are meant to become.

Where This Can Take You

We believe in developing long-term relationships with the people who show up and produce. Top performers in this role are invited to become Independent Sales Representatives, stepping into expanded responsibilities and significantly greater earning potential — where our proven reps typically earn $80,000–$200,000+.

Many of our most successful sales professionals started exactly where you're standing now: mastering homeowner conversations and building relationships in the field. This is the launchpad.
