Summary: Orkin LLC is a global leader in pest management with over 120 years of experience, and they are seeking a Home Sales Inspector. This role involves performing inspections, making strategic recommendations to customers, and contributing to the overall success of the business through effective sales techniques. Responsibilities: - Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers - Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between - Solve problems and build trusted relationships ensuring homes and families are protected - Utilize in-depth training to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs - Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads - Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services - Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home - Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified - Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company provided iPad Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Valid driver's license required - Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid) - Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers - Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity - Lift and carry up to 50 lbs - Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl - Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator - Willing to work in different types of weather conditions Preferred Qualifications: - No Experience Required – we'll train you!
