They are seeking an Operations Associate to enhance efficiency using AI and automation while addressing operational challenges within the Rokt Operations team. Responsibilities: - Streamline & automate Ops workflows: Identify inefficiencies across launch, QA, monitoring, troubleshooting, approvals, and operational processes. Design and implement AI-enabled automations that reduce time and errors - Build internal tools: Create and deploy tools (often AI-assisted) that improve decision-making, increase visibility, and remove bottlenecks for Ops and our cross-functional partners - Improve speed + quality outcomes: Measure the impact of what you ship, iterate quickly, and help drive improvements against our team goals - Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner closely with teams like GTM, Solutions, Product, and Engineering to understand pain points, align on outcomes, and land changes that stick - Get trained at speed: Learn the ins and outs of Rokt's platform and internal tools through hands-on work, then use that context to accelerate via automation and better systems Required Qualifications: - Streamline & automate Ops workflows: Identify inefficiencies across launch, QA, monitoring, troubleshooting, approvals, and operational processes.
