Job Description
Agile Project Coordinator in Power Control Business plays a key role in Lean Portfolio Management Process (LPM). Cooperates with Agile Project Management Office, Release Train Engineers, and Product Management to make sure Value Streams are prioritized, planned and founded for next Program Increments.
Support Development Value Streams preparation and Lean Budget management and completeness data in Jira Align. Create reports/ and metrics to analyze Program Increments success and budget spending. You will report into development engineering and support the Low Voltage Drive product development organization.
You will report to the Manager and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist PMO, RTE and BU concerning data in Jira Align, work across Areas and Departments
Hep to organize completeness of portfolio backlog
Coordinate business efforts to prepare, define value streams to be ready for founding
Monitor and communicate risk of exceeding value stream budget
Develop metrics and tools for value stream and spending monitoring
Work on continuous improvement related to value stream and LPM process
Develop working relationships across Rockwell Automation
Team contributor in Product Development
Manage the assigned projects concerning the scope, timeline, deadlines, team composition, budget, information flow, work organization, and delivery quality
Follow SAFe Values and Lean-Agile Principles
The Essentials - You Will Have:
3+ years of experience with SAP is a benefit
Basic project management experience.
Basic understanding Scaled Agile Framework, Certificate.
Experience in Development or Product Engineering groups.
Work together within an international environment, dealing with all levels
Demonstrated organizational to convey status updates, issues.
Situational Adaptability
Continuous improvement mindset..
Proficiency MS Office (specially Excel), Jira Align, PowerBi
Fluency in English
