They are seeking a Membership Sales Associate who will be responsible for creating memorable customer experiences, promoting memberships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: - Uphold the Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model by consistently presenting a positive and friendly image, warmly greeting customers with a smile, addressing them by name, executing operational fundamentals with excellence, and extending a genuine invitation to return, all to create a personalized and memorable experience - Build memorable connections with both current and potential members by educating them about the benefits of each wash plan and checking in on their experience throughout their visit - Engage with customers in the lot by offering assistance, answering questions, and ensuring they have a smooth, enjoyable visit - Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while promoting memberships and delivering exceptional customer service - Influence and create sales best practices to positively impact membership numbers - Maintain cash handling and register procedures for sales transactions - Maintain a clean and organized location.
