Job Description

What You’ll Do
Process high-volume inventory and vendor invoices.
Match invoices to purchase orders and warehouse receipts.
Research discrepancies and dig into issues to find solutions .
Process payments via check, ACH, and wire.
Reconcile AP activity to the general ledger and vendor statements.
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
Support the accounting team as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Previous AP experience, ideally in a high-volume, inventory, distribution, or manufacturing environment .
ERP or enterprise accounting system experience preferred.
Strong Excel and general accounting skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-focused environment .
