1.Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to deeply support business development, focusing on organizational and talent management for software development and engineering department. As a strategic partner to the business, you will drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and cultural alignment to accelerate business growth.
2.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Business Insight
Understand the business, customers, and industry trends, co-creating HR strategies with business leaders to achieve objectives.
Diagnose organizational health (e.g., team collaboration, talent density, cultural fit) and deliver data-driven improvement plans.
Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development
Lead efficient recruitment for technical teams (software/algorithm engineers), identifying talent and designing tailored attraction strategies.
Build technical career path and succession plans for critical roles to ensure sustainable talent supply.
Performance Management & Talent Development
Implement performance-driven management systems aligned with technical team characteristics, optimizing metrics and incentives
Define and develop talents towards business target and aligned with talent structure
Culture Building & Employee Experience
Foster a geek culture, innovation and AI mindset through tech forums, hackathons, and other initiatives to enhance engineer engagement.
Address unique challenges in technical team management (e.g., cross-team collaboration, agile R&D efficiency) to improve employee experience.
Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness
Support organizational restructuring during rapid scaling or transformation, driving process optimization and cross-department collaboration.
Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., workforce productivity analysis, attrition prediction models) for decision-making insights.
qualifications
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering related education background preferred.
5+ years of HRBP experience in technical/engineering sectors.
Logic thinking, result-driven, initiative, reliable
Good English communication skill
