Responsible for defining, developing, and industrializing EOL (End of Line) test solutions, ensuring products meet functional, electrical, safety, and customer requirements before shipment.
Act as the key interface between R&D and manufacturing, supporting new product industrialization, process implementation, and value stream cost optimization.
EOL Test Concept & Strategy
Define EOL test requirements, scope, and coverage during concept and development phases.
Create and maintain EOL test specifications aligned with product functionality, safety, and customer requirements.
Balance test coverage with production cycle time and manufacturing efficiency.
EOL Test System Development & Validation
Design and implement automated or semi-automated EOL test flows
Define, verify, and maintain test interfaces in cooperation with HW and ME teams.
Implement and maintain functional, electrical, communication, and diagnostic tests
Production Ramp-up & Line Support
Support DVT, PVT and SOP phases for EOL test introduction
Analyse and resolve EOL test failures and false failures, continuously improve test stability, test time, yield, and robustness.
Provide technical support to manufacturing plants and EMS partners
Manufacturing readiness & Cost Optimization
Support manufacturing-related reviews, including TA, DFMA, and feasibility assessments
Support manufacturing cost review, including process cost, investment (MAE / EWAK), and cost validation
Support sample builds, trial runs, OPL review, and readiness tracking toward PPAP and SOP.
Drive process optimization, continuous improvement, and value stream VAVE measures together with plants; fully support EPO implementation.
qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Communication, Computer Science, or related fields
Experience with EOL/FCT/ICT testing for automotive or industrial electronics products
Familiarity with at least one automotive communication protocol (CAN, LIN, Ethernet (diagnostics experience is a plus)
Solid understanding of hardware fundamentals: Power supply architecture, SoC / MCU basic principles, Common interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO)
Experience in test software development or scripting (LabVIEW, Python, C#, C/C++), ability to develop and maintain test software is preferred.
Hands-on experience in mass production environments, with exposure to manufacturing interfaces and new product industrialization.
Strong cross-functional communication skills with HW, SW, ME, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
Ability to drive issues to closure independently.
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
