Apply Job Type Full-time Description Responsible for the day-to-day safe operation of log processing equipment, cutting of logs/ to Length, stacking logs, this is a full-time, permanent opportunity working for Robbins Manufacturing Company. Successful candidates will be energetic, dependable and self-motivated. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have a strong work ethic and understanding of safe operating procedures. Must be able to follow instructions to work in a safe and efficient manner. Ability to operate the Knuckle Boom I must be able to work flexible hours Good communication skills, detail oriented. Must be safety conscious.
Must have a positive attitude, good attendance and willingness to work as a part of the team. Duties: Understand the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment such as knuckle booms . • Inspects machinery for any maintenance repairs or damage. Maintains a clean work environment.
Follow directions of supervisors. Understand and comply with safety procedures.
Properly use all the required personal protection equipment (PPE) required.
Ability to operate hand and foot controls in vehicle.
Other related work or duties as assigned. Requirements Overtime as required to meet deadlines Work is performed in an outdoor setting; hot cold and inclement weather is to be expected. You must be physically able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. on a regular basis
