Job Overview
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented HR Officer to support our daily human resources operations. who will assist with full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave tracking, record-keeping, and day-to-day employee relations.
Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Publish job ads on Indeed and other platforms, screen CVs, coordinate interview schedules, and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end new hire onboarding, collect and verify employee documents, create employee profiles, and process final settlements for exiting staff.
• Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor daily attendance, track holiday requests, manage sick leaves, and update internal HR/payroll records.
• Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist in gathering data for monthly payroll processing, health insurance administration, and employee benefit coordination.
• Employee Relations & Policies: Respond to staff queries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures, while helping draft HR letters and documents.
• Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain physical and digital employee files, ensuring data privacy and compliance with local labor laws.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in HR
• .Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or payroll software.
• Soft Skills: High level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
