About the Role The GMP Visual Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring product quality by performing detailed visual inspections of pharmaceutical products in accordance with approved procedures and GMP requirements. This role is well-suited for someone who has 20/20 vision either on your own or with glasses/lenses, is observant, patient, dependable, and comfortable working in structured environments where accuracy matters more than speed. Success in this position comes from consistency, focus, and a willingness to raise questions when something doesn’t look right. Requirements Key Responsibilities Perform visual inspection of drug products according to approved SOPs and GMP standards Identify and segregate acceptable and non-conforming units Document inspection results clearly, completely, and in real time Follow gowning, hygiene, and cleanroom requirements Maintain focus during repetitive tasks while meeting quality expectations Escalate issues, defects, or concerns promptly Support investigation activities and quality reviews Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, QA, and other support teams What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions Strong attention to detail and visual acuity Comfort performing repetitive, detail-oriented work Willingness to work within GMP and controlled environments Clear communication and dependable attendance Preferred Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, inspection, or regulated production environments Familiarity with GMP expectations Experience working in cleanrooms or controlled areas How We Work At RK Pharma, quality takes priority over speed.
