Summary: Riverside Research is an independent National Security Nonprofit dedicated to research and development in the national interest. They are seeking a motivated and high-performing college student to join their Finance & Accounting team for a Summer 2026 Internship, providing hands-on experience and professional development in accounting and finance. Responsibilities: - Support accounts payable and accounts receivable - Backup support to billing department - Present findings and collaboration with team members, supervisors, and business leaders through written reports and presentations - Purchase Order and vendor support - Perform financial analysis, accounting, or project control tasks under the guidance of senior team members - Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes, tools, or areas of assignment - Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field - Minimum GPA of 3.5 - Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in teams - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear written reports and group presentations Required Skills: Accounting, Finance, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Financial Analysis, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Purchase Order Management
