The Legal Department Intern will support in-house counsel with real estate transactions, corporate governance, legal research, litigation, and document management, gaining practical experience in a corporate environment. Responsibilities: - Support in-house counsel within a corporate legal department - Assist with drafting, organizing, and maintaining legal documents related to real estate transactions and portfolio management, general corporate governance, commercial contracts, and litigation Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong drafting and writing abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Open to exploring AI tools to create efficiencies in document management system Required Skills: Legal research, Legal document drafting, Real estate transactions, Corporate governance, Commercial contracts, Litigation, Microsoft Office Suite, AI tools for document management Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurances, Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and RB Global will match 100% for the first 4% contributed, Employees will also receive 15 days of PTO each year
