Job Description
Summary: LexisNexis Risk Solutions is a leading provider of data and analytics to the insurance industry. They are seeking an Associate Product Manager for a two-year rotational program designed to teach product development, planning, and delivery while working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer discovery activities to understand user needs and help shape product solutions
- Support product planning and delivery by tracking commitments and sharing updates with the team
- Review data from existing dashboards to identify trends and share insights with partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to explore and propose solutions to user problems
- Contribute to go-to-market activities, including product launches and customer communications
- Help document clear product requirements and user stories based on customer needs
- Learn and apply the company’s technology and product development practices
- Ask questions, seek feedback, and support the execution of product strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Be on track to receive or have completed a bachelor's or master's in Business, Finance, or a related field of study by May 2026
- Demonstrate an interest or background in finance, with enthusiasm for learning how product teams manage product financials and a clear desire to grow a long-term career in product management
- Be a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker who adapts to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Be a natural problem solver, able to work independently, collaboratively with team members, and lead project teams to resolve issues
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen, share ideas, collaborate effectively with others, and interact with team members and stakeholders
- Be self-driven and open to receiving and applying constructive feedback
- Possess excellent organization, project planning, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
